Rajiv Rohmetra
Co-Founder and CEORajiv has over 20 years of experience and recognition in the IT industry. Prior to TechAspect, he has held various IT-related positions at Ford Motor Company and Management Consultancy firms like PwC. At TechAspect, he manages Strategic Planning, Contract Management and Global Sales and Marketing of the Company.
Rajiv received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from MANIT, India (A National Technological Institute of India) and progressed through various certifications in Information Technology and Business Analysis domains.
Koti Reddy
Co-Founder and CTOKoti has over 17 years of experience and recognition in the IT industry and has over 12 years of experience in designing, developing and rolling out web-based applications and implementing web content management solutions (WCM). As a CTO, he handles Technology Practice Development and Project Delivery aspects of TechAspect.
Koti received his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India (A National Technological Institute of India) and a Masters Degree in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Sridhar Madala
Vice President - Offshore OperationsSridhar serves as Vice President Operations at TechAspect, with responsibility for smooth business operations of Offshore Development Center. He is instrumental in the growth of the development center right from inception. Previously, Sridhar held the role of Executive in systems department at Blue Dart Express.
Sridhar earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Andhra University and did Management course from IIM-C, Kolkata.
