A successful TeamSite deployment leads to more users of the system, and more content being managed. As with most applications, it makes sense to do periodic review of the system to see if the configurations are optimum, if the features of the product are being used optimally and correctly and to anticipate any signs that indicate potential issues further ahead..

TechAspect Audit will investigate and advise you on a range of issues, including
	Set up – Is TeamSite configured correctly and efficiently for the usage and content volumes currently being experienced?
	Business Goals – Are the users happy using the system ? Can something be done to reduce he pain points?
	Features - Are all the features of the product being utilized ? If some features are being used, are they being used correctly ?
	Maintainability – Can the system be supported efficiently and cost-effectively? Is there enough documentation available ? Can it be maintained independently of the original developers?
	Security – Are the rules and processes for security management appropriate?

The audit is performed over two days by an experienced TeamSite consultant and involves no further obligation on your part. The conclusions from the audit will be used to provide you with a list of recommendations that could be done. We will also provide you with a quote if you decide to partner with TechAspect to implement the recommendations.
